Leah Ropati
Firstly, I am grateful for the privilege to serve on the School Board as representative of our families and community. Being a mother of six, with all but one of my children going through New Windsor School, I am a firm believer in strong families make strong communities. My Christian belief has shaped this, and I stand by virtues such as humility, loyalty, commitment, sacrifice, compassion and love.
Born and raised in West Auckland, I have been married to Jerome for over 20 years, and we enjoy engaging in the local sports club (Bay Roskill Rugby League and Tag) and supporting fair play and dedication in Junior and Senior Sports teams. My work background is in Accountancy, and with my experience in business settings I aim to bring that knowledge to assist New Windsor School where I can. But above all I am a Christian wife and mother, and hope to train the next generation.
